What you provide
When you request a demo, we collect your name, work email, company, monthly AI spend range and the immediate requirement you describe. “Not sure” and “Prefer not to say” are available for spend. We also record the request date, a request reference and the version of this notice acknowledged.
Please do not submit passwords, API keys, private datasets, customer records or sensitive personal information. A short description of the business problem is enough.
How we use it
We use your request to understand the fit, prepare for a conversation and respond about a potential demo or project. We also use limited technical information to protect the form from abuse. Submitting a request does not add you to a marketing mailing list. We do not sell demo-request information or use it to train models.
Hosting, storage and access
The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Demo requests are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database available to authorized site operators. The public website provides no directory or public read access to submissions. Providers process ordinary request information, such as IP addresses, browser information and timestamps, to deliver and secure their services. Processing may take place outside your country.
Our form’s abuse controls store short-lived hashes of a network identifier or email rather than raw IP addresses in the application database. We may share information with providers needed to operate the website, professional advisers where necessary, or when required by law.
Retention
We normally remove inactive demo requests after about six months through routine processing. Follow-up correspondence may be retained while a conversation or engagement continues, or where a legal obligation requires it. Short-lived form-abuse records expire after one to two days and are cleared during routine processing. You can request earlier deletion.
Cookies and preferences
We do not use advertising pixels, third-party analytics or third-party font services on this website. Your motion preference is kept in this browser’s session storage. Hosting providers may use essential security cookies or other technical measures. The separately operated engineering app has its own sign-in controls; it is not required to request a demo.
Your choices
Email saqib@goldilockmodels.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask us to stop following up. We may verify that a request comes from the relevant person. Rights and exceptions may vary by location. You can also browse without submitting a form.
Security and changes
We use HTTPS, limited operator access and controls intended to prevent unauthorized access or abuse. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We will update this page when our practices change and show the effective date above.
